Recovery is a long process for many of our clients. Connection and support are needed long after a client leaves treatment programming.

Clients know this, so we have redeveloped our Aftercare Program with a Peer Support Model which allows clients to stay connected. This model of program allows clients to connect with each other in small groups. Each group will have a Lead, who will be coached by staff to encourage group members to help each other stay on track in their recovery. These groups will help clients to successfully navigate life in the community with ongoing peer support. Leads will share new information about program resources and other opportunities to learn and grow.

In-person and online meetings and events will keep the momentum rolling as clients build on their own personal growth, creating for themselves a new and better future.
